Do you know any sites with a PDF that has yoga positions?
Posted in Uncategorized by admin 3 CommentsI really want to do yoga but I don’t know any positions and i don’t want to buy a book/video/dvd yet.
Take my advice – spend a little bit of money and go attend an introductory course, doesn’t matter if its just for an hour.
It is not a good idea to just rely on pictures to start doing yoga for the first time. You will need the guidance, at least for a start.

I assume taking a class is out of the question too?
If so, hit the library. You’re sure to find some illustrated books. You can probably even find videos there that you can check out.
Or check your TV listings. You might find some yoga classes that you can tape.
