Yeah the website is gotten pretty huge. The best way to find the info is to search in the top right search box in the right sidebar (top right of page) on the website AnmolMehta (dot) Com. Just put in Yoga for Weight Loss and the article with all the details will pop up. There are 2 article for this set on the site, one with just the video and the other with all the details you are looking for. They will come up as 1 and 2 on the search results. Hope this helps.
