Nude yoga gives you a much better appreciation the body. Sorry for bringing up the subject of ‘no restrictions’, but without clothes, you’d have a better range of motion increasing your strength and flexibility.

it would have the same bodily effects as clothed yoga but it may help you be more comfertable with your body

If you have a nice peaceful place to exercise in the nude or clothed it makes a difference. Learning to love your body is most important and if you are self conscious you can benefit by being nude.
