can anyone suggest me some yoga asanas by which vertigo can be treated
I don’t know about yoga, but my friend had some bad vertigo, and was told to go to a certain physical therapist in our area who moved his head around in different ways – and it really worked!
I would call around in your area and see if there are any physical therapists who can treat vertigo.
