Which is the perfect direction {East,West,North,South} to practice Yoga postures, Meditation?
I want to decorate my personal yoga room with Indian tradition. And also I want to design the good ceiling and mirrors both front and back side.
So, Dear Yogis and friends I hereby requesting u to share ur precious ideas.

Dearr Friend I suggest you should desing your ceiling exactly in shape of a temple, When you sit in the middle of the room for yoga, the universal power moves directly throughout your head if your disign like that. Your yoga room should be in Triangle shape, upper side should be tied up all other 3 walls. See when you sit in the middle of such kind of room, from all direction yoga power will be collected to the centre of your head and it would definitely gives you true feeling of meditation and yoga.

HI there,
usually, there is no direction by "hard and fast rule"…
but usually, as far as possible, we face "eastwards" ..thats supposed to be the most auspicious direction…
