Lately I have been noticing my back and neck getting really tense, to the point that I need to crack it. If not, I feel this anxiety that if I dont crack it, its going to stress me out even more and the tension gets worse.
So im turning to yoga positions that may help.
If anyone knows of anything else that can help, dont hesitate posting it up here.
But if you can help me with some yoga techniques that can help relieve my back, neck, and just help me relax more, please let me know.

Instead of yoga positions, invest in a yoga mat, some time, and a few easy yoga tapes/DVDs that are easy to follow (Gaiam has some nice beginner yoga series).

A continuous flow of several positions are better to relax not only your back, but your whole body as well.

    You need to get a medical doctors advice. Some of these Yoga people have been doing these positions for decades, do not just try any of them without supervision and a doctors ok.. It sounds like a medical doctor could be of the best benefit to you at this point.
